Black & White

Opening Reception – September 4

Featured Artist: Albert Noyer

What does ‘black and white’ mean? Is it the absence of color? Is it the printed word? Does it infer formality or maybe simplicity? Is it about race or good vs. evil?

Our featured artist is the multi-talented author and artist Albert Noyer. His woodcut prints are a sublime balance of light and dark, strong lines and intricate details. To view more of his work online visit his website at www.albertnoyer.com.

Juried artists for the show are Jan Swan, Betty Lehnus, Rex Barron, ShaRi Brooks, Elzbieta Kaleta, Gordon Vanus, Victoria Inman, Eliza Schmid and Karen Hama.

Opening night is September 4, 5pm – 8pm.  We encourage all guests to wear black & white for the occasion!!  As a bonus, we will also be having a live demonstration on wire weaving from Beverly Tjarks.
